The opportunity for selling water and mgt position on land, challenges, studies is almost identical to HCH copper I hold. Their 50 kil from the sea, but it took 8 years to get approval in Chile so we are well aware of this huge hudle to move forward and take advantage of water right and their still drilling for better grades. Mgt on the other hand has it in the bag so to speak just short of a 3rd party not just for a quid but experience and with geo-mining international respect.
