Raised 6.5mill less fee, did we burn thru 2 mill for the 1/4?
The Strategic Partnership is now down to 1 potential JV, assuming it's Japan. Also assuming this was a selective process and not a situation where the Arabs bailed out.
JV not dilution.
This video now confirms all HC gossip that sea water is the preffered option the others are now shredded.
All positive news, SP is cheap.
