Remember people that PCL were able to get WDS to come on board before the TOTAL and the SHELL discoveries. There was no Orange basin excitement in the Oil and Gas Industry about the Orange Basin. They were able to attract WDS to have a look with the promise that they would get a huge benefit for doing so. They were negotiating from behind the 8 ball ... so if there are a few loose points that are not too detrimental then I think we need to give them some forgiveness because I am sure that WDS could have been a lot nastier if they chose to. At the moment we are on track with all that the management have said that would happen .... the time delay is not material except to us who are keen for things to progress. Like everyone else I'm shifting from one chair to another with eager anticipation of a great outcome and the sooner the better but I have to accept that it's going to take time to jump through all the hoops ..... !!!!!
