Dropped the ball? A bit harsh, WDS have the money to spend on the team of lawyers to advise on the best ways to screrw the other side. Would you prefer PCL to be still trying to enlist a big player? In my books alot has been achievd with what WDS have done for PCL and the GALP discovery is an unxpected bonus that will have WDS very excited.
