I understand a JORC report, i have written them.
As i have said before there are different levels of confidence in JORC reporting, and Inferred is the least confidence, but also the largest volume and grade. It is the other factors metallurgy, geotech, costs, community, and many other factors which determine the conversion factor from Resource to Reserve and to what is eventually mined and recovered.
And yes processing operations will conduct discussions with external parties. The aim of all companies is to generate profit, if that involves treating external ore then it will be considered
