So it's inferred - is that a crime?

Usually an Inferred Mineral Resource can be upgraded to an Indicated Mineral Resource with continued exploration. An inferred JORC is a start and much better than no JORC. Had NAG announced an Indicated JORC you would have questioned the validity of it due to the low number of exploratory drills. If the PASS contract comes along it will provide ample financing for an upgraded JORC and expanded exploratory drilling
