The MD and Chairman hold about 50m shares each.

At 7c a share, that's a value of about $3.5m each.

At .09c a share, that's a value of about $450k each.

That is a massive paper downgrade, and yet I get the feeling that neither is worried about the big drop in price. I suppose that the acquisition price was well short of 7c, but it is still a big dent in asset value for both.

So, they haven't sold - haven't bought over the past 2 years at least either, but it is not their obligated task as Board members to keep buying.

I believe that the big holders are riding the curve too.
