I just watched this video Esra, and it gave me a clear impression of the speaker having a hidden agenda.
I just checked him and Prager U out and it appears that he and it are pro-nuclear and pro-fossil fuel people.
Copper is not part of their story except that in order to mine it will need heaps of energy. That's the crux of all mining he says, and it won't come from renewables.
On this point, Superior should get power, when things are ready, from the electricity to be supplied at Kidston to the west.
