So you think the company is going to go down the drainpipe should they have to raise capital, because I never said anything of the sort. I simply said the concern is what they will do with future funds to create shareholder value. Perhaps you should take your own advice...

I have looked at it objectively, and I have also explained why, and also suggested who may buy, in previous posts on a couple of threads. I disagree with your analysis. I think that a certain entity would be prepared to take it on.

Let's see how it pans out!
