$200.00 per oz was the money amount that I had in mind too.
Another important element in the value of the tenement(s?) that is the Steam Engine Project is the potential to discover mountains of gold beyond the current resource. Therefore, anyone taking it on would expect to find a lot more gold. That said, I would be happy with $40m.
