A building’s rent doesn’t cost $3.2m annually. $500k maybe around the offices area in Perth as it’s a small suite. So what exactly is the remaining $2.7 million doing apart from “running” the business.
Salaries is also $916k a year assuming no bonuses in shares etc, so for 5 board members plus say 3 additional office staff that’s an average of $115k annually. Pretty decent salary for a 9-5 day job if you ask me.
