OK fine, I'll bite. One such observation is that they've listed current quarter activites under item 8.5 so that they don't have to put that they have less than 30 days of runway before the cash runs out.
Why wouldn't that be relevant, given that it's killed companies management have been involved with in the past, and is probably the best explanation around why we cratered on discovery, and why they had to raise when they did under the terms that they did?
