Lumina has the opportunity to consolidate and buy or do a JV in Ecuador.

For the Argentian deposit (low hanging fruit) CEL can do a joint venture with a cashed up godl producer with funds and expertise to bring it into production.

There are a number of them in Argentina already including:
Pan America Silver (top pick and looking to expand portfolio) and
Hochschild Mining (developing new mines and are going to have a surplus of cash soon)

Plus the bigger miners that may also look into it: Shandong Gold Group, AngloGold Ashanti, Yamana Gold (but the deposit may be a bit small for them, unless they put a bid to buy it)
