I think you will find MRC have stated more upgrades are required to deliver a higher level product…The shipment is loaded with poor quality products..SYR also did this…The ship eventually returned loaded…You say administration is likely) We get that with MSP upgrades now delayed until the fourth quarter…Mounting debt and not much coming in
