I couldn't agree more.Why would anyone ever buy more shares in this hopeless company. My first purchase was in 2001 and with numerous drps ended up with 456925 shares by 2012, then with 2 consolidations, now hold a magnificent amount of 39 shares at average of $26.44 each. Although I only have a small loss, there is no way I will throw good money after bad. It would cost more to sell them than I receive . I have written them off and will await their insolvency in due course so I can claim a tax loss, although this might take them a few months to spend any money received on the current offer.
" Buyers beware" really applies to this company.
