Gold price is AUD$3116 oz ($100/g) and rising. Never been a better time to be a gold miner.

So 14,300 tonnes excavated for SVG of high grade and ready to feed through the plant - if they can get through the roads, etc..
Better off fixing the plant rather that keep feeding though product at a loss.

@2.8g/t *14,300 = 40 kg = $4m at sale (minus AISC).
Any of the major miners on the list would turn this into profit of $2m-$3m.
At current performances SVG turns it into a loss of $1-2m.

So it's all about the plant operation and cost efficiency now.
Hopefully some Big Reed feed will help, as it reduces the haulage distance.
