RXH can be in suspension for 2 years before the ASX can then take some action....but that action will be delisting from the ASX

I totally intend to take RXH and Ruwan Weerasooriya to task before they hit the 2 year mark and attempt to take a weasle/cheat/weak/criminal? path out of the ASX and their liability to the shareholders they have potentially ripped off and blatently disregarded

And don't think for a second that there won't be a ferocious and serious legal grind to recover losses from you personally for your deliberate failure to comply with publicly listed company reporting requirements
