At these low prices it is difficult to buy up. If I have interpreted the below clause, then if KRR is buying back today at 0.9c then they cannot pay higher and buy back at 1.0c tomorrow as that would be more than 5% above the 5 day average. However, if the SP goes up then they can wait another 5 days and buy back at the 5 day average. Having said that I suspect if KRR will buy at 1c or above otherwise they could have started buying a couple of weeks back. Still buy back is a good thing as at the bare minimum it will prevent the SP from dropping further.
