I assume Cinda will get behind the sell button again this year. I’d fully support this, we may well see YAL’s share price back at low $5’s, high $4’s once again. Obviously this provides share holders another opportunity to top up at cheaper prices…
Clip below is from FY23 Half Year Presentation. Cinda holdings were at 181,474,887 or 13.74%. Free float was at 316,161,706 or 23.94%.
Clip below is from FY23 Full Year Presentation. Cinda reduced their holdings to 157,864,967 or 11.96%. Free float was at 339,543,473 or 25.73%. Directors also appear to have sold down too. YAL’s current free float is at 28.4% according to the recent FY24 Q1 Report webcast.
I assume Cinda will get behind the sell button again this year....
