They will probably keep 1-1.5b in cash for any upcoming M&A and pay the rest in dividends.
They can afford to payout the same as the last dividend or more with no issue. They have plenty of franking credits and if their guidance is anything to go by their next quarter should produce between 300-500m after tax (depending on how elevated coal prices go). Thermal coal seems to be holding well on Newcastle coal anyway.
