im hoping for a 100m qtr in cash generation. where that cash goes is a secondary issue atm. (pay down debt, buy back, sit on it just dont f* with mcphillamies just now.)
with that said given rrl history, we may not need that to be seen as 'positive'.
very back of envelope, but 100m a qtr is a 400m annual rate of cash generation. with a market cap of 1.3B ill leave the math to others determine if thats a good rate of generation.. but over 30% is very attractive to myself.
also, analysts and forecasts still have headline revenue at 670M for the half yr. last qtr was 309M, off 99koz sold. given the gold price is about 400/oz higher than last qtr, all we need to do is to match that production level was curtailed due to weather and rain events in the region and we meet expectations mostly. any production over 100koz should see a beat.
like most optimistic on the quarterly and should be good, with current price more a reflection kf the low bar management (and some bad luck) have set for themselves over the last few years. a couple of quarters just meeting expectations should de risk the company in the eyes of a lot and result in a re-rate. particularly if the gold price continues to hold or head higher from here.
