Just to clarify since some folks don’t get it from some comments, the reason that the analysts and the I Bankers were there is because the fees on a combined deal would be huge like maybe 10% on a $10 Billion total transaction would be $1 Billion depending on how structured if you combine Lynas with MP. Us or Oz doesn’t matter but assume it would be half US and half Oz. That’s incentive to get involved and make it happen! You bet especially when there has been a dearth of such deals in the last couple of years.
