Not sure what the lease value is.
For further context to your calculations, at 31st Dec 2023, their holding in WA1 was worth $42.7M. Today, as you rightly estimate, it's $60.3M. That's a 40% uplift in one quarter.
Another question is, how much further can WA1 run? What will it be worth by Dec 2024? Surely this thing must slow down at some point.
