Usually once you know carbon is in your ore, you make a change to the plant and then watch and wait. Leco's are the instrument used for carbon and sulfur determinations. ALS at Orange are the laboratory in the area that may be able to handle more testwork than the onsite lab, and might even have one.
If they get a decent process mgr hired sortly then its all easily manageable.
