I tend to agree with most of your sentiments about the MD and especially the lifestyle company angle. However, aside from IG, my biggest concern is the market participant/ financial provider with the inside info doing funny business with the SP. It has been happening since IG started doing his sell off, which was very roughly about the time that ALK did that financial instrument and the horrible hedging agreement.
It is a shocker and disgusting that market participants can trade shares in sub $500 lots, even as low as a single share! Pure manipulation and ALK has been a target since the above mentioned dealings. Such is life. IMHO DYOR etc etc blah blah blah.
