Area 5 is a big area of around 3-4mt I believe and a high grade section of around 2mt that grades over 2% ore. Each stope differs in size but let’s call it 30,000t per stope - so there’s many many stopes to take out of Area5.
For whatever reason they weren’t able to extract a stope they had planned to in Area5 during the quarter. Could have been rock hardness, water, equipment availability, equipment interactions etc etc So instead of stoping 2% ore at Area5 in the March quarter they took a stope of likely sub 1% ore at CFB zone. No big deal, we’ll get that higher grade stope in Q2 (When prices are higher).
