Updated my spreadsheet for Q2 in the hope that grades in Q2 will look a lot more like in 2023 Q3 & Q4.
At 44c / 400mn market cap I get an implied IRR (on post-tax basis for 2025 onwards) of 21% assuming cash earnings track TTM (Trailing 12 months). If you're selling MLX at this valuation you better find sth yielding at least 20%! Needless to say, IRR will be massively higher if tin stays around A$50k/t.
