Guys the buy Back was announced when stock was 29c . Today it closed at 45c - that is 55% higher so perhaps at these levels the dollars are better spent on developing ringrose than buying back stock . Not saying the stock is not undervalued, but it is less undervalued than when it was 29-38 c - buy backs are best when their own stock is so cheap , it beats other options. I actually think them not buying back in the 40s and 50s show’s discipline
