The other call out is that it is clear ponds need to be filled to obtain this data and it is a regulatory expectation that they will be filled.
Large projects are always more complicated and convoluted then they first seem. It's reasonable to expect delays and unforseen challenges.
Just remember the value of BCI is the net present value of all of its future cash flows. Unlike a traditional mining project, with a defined lifespan, resource extraction here could go on practically indefinitely.
