Yes this popped up in the previous quarter as well. It looks like more was spent on investor relations, media and partnering than expected.
The engagement of government probably took the company on a slight angle as well as there looks to be the chance of some capital here.
Tim had said recently in an interview that the timeliness can be tricky to judge and deliver to due to the variance in work.
