Depends on what you mean by low SOI? Most resource companies seem to sit at around 1 billion shares on issue IMO. Be hard to find a company at 0.001 cents with "Low" SOI as most at that price usually have 3+ Billion SOI. It doesn't really matter the price of the share you pay, it's the value of the market cap that matters and whether it's trading at under valuation or not. Plus how many shares the top 20 hold. Is it tightly held? If they have low shares on issue then they'd likely be within the 1-3cent range? You could look into NME, they have a low SOI. Other then that, I can't really cross promote here as per HC rules.
