Looks like the Mn is hot property. It sounds like a deal might come within months.
And why wouldn't it?. Vast area, shallow, relevant infrastructure not far off, cheap to drill out a resource and well understood geology thanks to the geophysics response.

The question is whether Mako can get a good deal on it and whether any cash will simply be wasted drilling for gold in another area that the company seems to know little about geology wise.

Hope they have some better luck with this ladder zone, but my expectation is that once the digger has pulled off the cover and the artisanal can see where the reefs are and are going, they are going to be all over it in their hundreds digging out a wide area and Mako will not be able to set foot in the area at risk of a panga through the leg until they are done with it. Hope to be wrong. But opportunists are opportunists, and they recognise and exploit weakness.
