There are two parts in the report and you only looked at the one part which is image 1 below but if you look at second image then it is clear that cash delayed on one of the project so total will be 1.4+6.8 is roughly $8.2 plus existing cash after paying dividend of 2c is roughly $10.6m so they could have roughly $18.8m once Mahato cash is received. Obviously, this changes with ongoing expense and in coming cash and future commodity prices !
