i cant agree with that.. there are countless stocks on the ASX that are not even in production who have higher salaries.. and of course its not sustainable...
one i watched for a while was Trigg minerals... it got tho the point that the CEO's salary was about 5% of the market cap of the company.. before she took her money and ran and subsequently the stock price was destroyed, potash seems sidlined and now off chasing other rainbows
BML is another one (lead silver zinc) that has spent 5 years stringing along shareholders through developer process that never develops... 600k slaaries+- and renewed all their failed performance bonuses and extended them by 5 years... apparenlty they have since reduced their salaries but i havent checked into it.
