No real comment on the gap between expected cash flow and what was realised but still interesting. A major point made was that the total mine is quite spread out so they need extra capital for more ventilation etc and also there seems to be a bottle neck getting ore out for processing partly because it's hard rock to get through. Also the high grade of Deacon could be limiting the recovery (90% reported is down on expected 95%) because the plant is optimised for lower grades closer to the 6g/t reserve average. Certainly it's felt the DFS cost numbers are too low and costs will be higher. Anyway better to go have a listen rather than me try and translate.
