A bold prediction

Remember sometime ago they were rabbiting on about the statutory process that the feds had to complete in 30 days, and which we all counted down and then nothing happened. Well I reckon that statutory timeframe relates to the final report which is now being considered by presumably the WA govt and BCI - to give them natural justice to examine and object to any of the conditions.

If you go to the Optimised Mardie project page on the fed website and click the tab decision notices you will see that the final recommendation report was completed and "published" on 19th July which I take to the be the date they sent it to stakeholders. If the statutory time was 30 days from memory then perhaps we see the final decision no later than 19th August.

Just thoughts
