According to the CEO, groundwater monitoring and plans are/were a major factor in EPA delays; and the company has provided all information requested by the EPA quickly. mmmmm He added EPA Issues has kept him awake at night - me too Great that construction is on track and progressing so well; esp 2 klms of wharf but delays to FSOS No mention of investigations by EPA for breaching conditions that they were disputing. Overall a good report; with zero EPA issues would have been brilliant
