I think this was already anticipated and they just went through the motions to clarify things - these kinds of deposits have never proven viable and the market would have been aware of that from the beginning IMO.
Given the Quarterly came out earlier than usual maybe Mike has some updated news to be released in the days /week ahead - could be wishful thinking on my part...LOL!
