The lack of liquidity in ECS is a problem .Not easy at all to buy a decent holding without significantly moving the share price .
Cue's liquidity has greatly improved and its share price moved up since they announced that they planned to pay dividends .
Despite paying a 2 cent dividend the share price is up around 40% on the pre announcement price .
