    That is correct and if you look at ECS then it isn't regular dividend payer either even though bigger then CUE. Best is for CUE to merge with ECS which will increase liquidity of ECS shares for sure and helps creating synergy which will improve bottom line particularly if Brent price keep trading down !

    Now, trading at $76.81 USD !
