    look ECH has majority interest in CUE so your statement basically true to say it is up to CUE holder (i.e ECH) to decide if they wish to be part of ECH meaning do they really wanted to waste money by running two companies or they want to merge and save money?

    it is in ECh interest to merge while price is lower with CUE.

    Brent price fallen below $76 so whoever putting support at 10c probably not reading news.. !
