Definitely feels like polishing a turd a little bit. But Look at BGL today....
And even the 'majors' aren't immune to this kind of draw down. Look at EVN back in Mid Jan when they announced a cap raise and fell from circa $4 to down below $3. I was fortunate enough to grab some EVN at the time around $3 and sitting pretty on that parcel now.
I empathise with the sellers, but while its not great, if you can 'look through' a little bit as you suggest to 2025, in an environment where I am sure we are all bullish on the gold price, it might pay to keep a calm head and not to throw all your toys out of the cot.
