I've looked at the numbers again and Im sticking with my original observation that the volume numbers are slightly up (Note,Im only working with ASX numbers). This morning the ASX website has the average volume for ALK at 1,039,571. In the last 20 trading days that number has been exceeded 11 times. In many of those days the volume has well exceeded the average and in the last 2 trading days its been 2x and 3X. On the days that the average was not exceeded, the volumes were still respectably high. How significant this is I of course can't say but Im encouraged by the fact that the last 2 days has seen the volumes at 2x and 3 times the average. But again, Im not saying we're seeing significant accumulation until we see how ALK performs on the next good trading day for gold stock.(DYOR)
