On the days that the average was not exceeded, the volumes were still respectably high. How significant this is I of course can't say but Im encouraged by the fact that the last 2 days has seen the volumes at 2x and 3 times the average. But again, Im not saying we're seeing significant accumulation until we see how ALK performs on the next good trading day for gold stock.(DYOR)

Fair enough.
The SP doesn't imply accumulation but god knows how the bigger boys go about manipulating the SP while accumulating so it could well be.
