And who says there haven't been any approaches. If anyone interested, my guess is they will approach IG rather than to bother with anyone else at ALK. If IG agrees to sell then the bidder will go and talk to the ants.
Any interested party would have to sound IG out first, otherwise they'd be wasting their time. Given IG didn't/couldn't sell his latest trades in a block trade - but resorted to piecemeal mkt trades, my view is that no-one has presented to him, yet. But sure, they may have presented - but he wasn't willing to block trade to that party.
And who says there haven't been any approaches. If anyone...
