Isn't MLX already the ultimate boomer investment anyway (not that it has to be)? I mean a $4M investment 1SN doesn't change the fact 50% of our equity is earning sub 5%.
And no one can tell me why we can't just raise capital for Rentails at the time, if FID is a go. I mean if the economics stacks up you'd have no problem raising capital to fund (and given a working buyback in meantime, likely at much higher price). And means we don't have to hang on to cash doing nothing for years just on the chance we move ahead with Rentails.
