Fair enough. But if they are bulk sampling as they say, and make a discovery, what do they do? Lucapa cannot withhold that information.

Hopefully both happen in quick time. I don't particularly mind at this point, in which order the events occur, as long as they both do. If the discovery happens first, it would be galling in the extreme for their JV partners to try to renegotiate the terms. I can't see it happening.
