IBG was all about Citronen. If that does not fly then they should close up shop, sell what they can and pay out to the shareholders. Instead, as is normally the case, they want to continue their sinecures and so look for ways in which they can keep remuneration going.
Chances are they will fail with these new ventures as well, but along the way they will succeed in convincing (scamming?) some more uninformed investors into giving them money that they will never see again.
I have followed IBG on and and off over the years and would have been pleased if Citronen succeeded but it always looked too risky/doubtful for me to invest in. I did hold a few shares for a few months but sold at a minor loss following the BFS in 2021 with a file note that the project was unlikely to succeed.
Maybe if the Arctic melts enough and zinc is declared a critical metal, the project will come right (one day).
