It takes time and money to actually mine and refine minerals. When the price jumps the real winners are the companies who are at that stage. The rest is just market hype, short term winners and loosers based on timing, speculation and a bit of inside knowledge. Arv have built the company on that. But not much trickles down to ordinary investors. Ore in the ground and a rusty old plant is all about perception and selling the dream.
