As a long term holder it looks good. But production and earnings have been falling quarter by quarter.
For a dividend play there would be safer stocks out there. Under evaluation could also mean a suspension of dividend. So I'd be cautious buying into this right now. They paid 170 mill in dividends last three years Ok but means nothing to a new buyer of the stock.
